Founded by Giuseppe and Valeria Scirto, both from multigenerational winemaking families; all work done by hand with no chemical herbicides or fertilizers. The vineyard in Feudo di Mezzo is treated as a home — wild greens, asparagus, fennel, and flowers occur spontaneously among fruit, nut, and olive trees to encourage biodiversity. A boutique winery in the heart of Passopisciaro completed restoration before the 2016 vintage.
