Founded by Fabio Percolla and Maria Nuna Novella, for whom the wine is named. The Carricante vineyard is positioned along the 1971 lava flow beneath the dramatic cliffs of the Valle del Bove, with vine rows following the hardened lava flow. Produces exclusively Etna Bianco from Carricante.
