Founded 2010 by Fabio Percolla and Maria Nuna Novella, for whom the wine is named. Located in Contrada Cavagrande, Sant’Alfio. The Carricante vineyard is positioned along the 1971 lava flow beneath the dramatic cliffs of the Valle del Bove, with vine rows following the hardened lava flow. Produces exclusively Etna Bianco from Carricante. 3.5 hectares in Contrada Cavagrande; vine training: spaliera and Guyot. Produces 5,000 bottles annually.
