Located in Contrada Presa, Mascali, operated under the Tenute Orestiadi brand. Steep terraces of Moscato vines form an amphitheater with a pond at the bottom; each autumn, Moscato Bianco bunches are laid in broad, shallow boxes to raisin in the sun for a sweet wine. The pond was reconceived after drying up during a period of abandonment in the twentieth century, and a small house on the property has been restored for visitors.
