The Mannino family was among the earliest producers to receive international acclaim for bottled wines, dating to the 1870s; three family estates have navigated shifts in political and economic conditions and the evolution of the Etna DOC. Giuseppe Mannino served as president of the Etna DOC for more than a decade. Portfolio includes two white wines from Carricante, three red wines from Nerello including an occasional Etna Riserva, and a vintage Etna Spumante from Nerello.
