Founded by Anne-Louise Mikkelsen, who grew up sipping Bordeaux with her father in Denmark; deeper interest in wine developed during an apprenticeship with a Burgundy importer and as an apprentice in Meursault. She travelled through France, the US, and Italy before falling in love with the wines of Etna, and construction on the winery in Solicchiata completed in 2018. Portfolio of four reds and a single white represents several small vineyards on the north slope.
