Known for a range of wines grown around Vittoria in the heart of southeast Sicily. A few years ago, realized a dream of owning a single hectare of 80-year-old alberelli vines in Contrada Piano dei Daini on the north slope of the volcano. With acclaimed enologist Carlo Ferrini, adopted an organic scheme for the alberelli and low-impact vinification in the cellar. Produces one classic Etna Bianco and an elegant award-winning Etna Rosso, both carrying the name of the cantina.
