Founded as an unnamed project of the Parasiliti family, begun in a rolling vineyard of gnarly old vines in Contrada Crasa; the first vintage required converting a garage into a small winery while farming, harvesting, and managing fermentations simultaneously. Family works as a unit — ‘Esser ci’ (to be there) is the estate motto — and wines are produced without any additives using only fresh grapes, concrete tanks, and large wood vats.
