Founded by Michela Fischetti in Contrada Moscamento; when she found the property, everything was growing but in poor shape, and the goal has been to preserve what was there and make wines true to the place. The ancient palmento torchio and orbis have been carefully restored, with the palmento table now used for dining and tastings. The approach follows the rhythms of the farm vintage by vintage.
