Davide Bentivegna started Etnella in 2008, bottling his first natural wine two years later. He farms organically across scattered plots on several sides of the volcano — Milo, Solicchiata, Passopisciaro, Randazzo — letting each site’s altitude and exposure speak through spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention winemaking.
