Founded 2011 by Antonio Moretti Cuseri, who also owns Tenuta Sette Ponti in Tuscany. Located in Contrada Santo Spirito, accessed from SS120 along a road following overlapping lava flows. A pink house overlooks rolling terraces of vines and olive trees. Above the vineyard, brush- and ginestra-covered tongues of the 1947 lava flow mark the boundary. At more than 700 meters AMSL, Carricante and Minella Bianca ripen within days of one another; Nerello Mascalese takes more time. New plantings are positioned to maximize nuances in sunlight hours across the terrain. 10 hectares in Contrada Santo Spirito; vine training: alberello. Produces 12,000 bottles annually.
