The cantina takes its name from an old Etna ideal — the work of a master blender who could compose a single wine from disparate or complementary parts. Produces monovarietal wines featuring Carricante and Nerello Mascalese alongside DOC and IGT blends. The estate also produces a line of jams made from local Etna grapes.
