Founded 2011. The cantina takes its name from an old Etna ideal — the work of a master blender who could compose a single wine from disparate or complementary parts. Produces both monovarietal wines featuring Carricante and Nerello Mascalese in purity, alongside DOC and IGT blends. Vineyard sites in Linguaglossa and Castiglione di Sicilia across two contrade: Piano dei Daini and Arrigo. Also produces a line of jams made from local Etna grapes.
