Founded by Nunzio Puglisi and his daughters Stefany and Desiree, with all vineyards on the north flank of Mount Etna. Over forty years the family developed an eclectic mix of cultivars managed completely by hand, attracting natural predators like ladybugs with spontaneous vegetation tilled into soil as green manure. Long grasses from the vineyard floor are used to train young shoots instead of plastic ties, and work is done daily year-round.
