Produces one wine, Goccia, from a small Nerello vineyard in Montelaguardia between Passopisciaro and Randazzo. 40-year-old vines trained in alberello with tight spacing and 10% autochthonous white Sicilian varieties mixed in. In the cellar, grapes are destemmed and fermented in plastic vats for one week. Wine rests for a few months before bottling prior to the following harvest. Lively field blend labeled as IGT Terre Siciliane. Wine to try: Goccia Nerello field blend.
