Founded by Giuseppe Tornatore, who converted two hectares into a functioning winery above Linguaglossa, with two more hectares added around Contrada Filici shortly after. Today reimagined as one of the largest wine estates on the mountain, farming four contrade in the comune of Castiglione di Sicilia. Winemaker Angelo di Grazia uses concrete and stainless steel vats with modern technology, plus wood botti and tonneaux for refinement.
