Founded to restore old vineyards throughout the northern valley of Mount Etna, with new plantings managed to full sustainability. In the cellar, grapes are treated gently, fermented slowly, and raised without heavy intervention. The winery is dedicated to preserving the traditional alberello vine training and the heritage of the mountain’s vineyards.
